We can accommodate up to six guests in China Doll I, eight in China Doll II, and six in our garden unit, China Doll III. A combination of queen and full size beds, queen size sofa beds, and high-quality queen size Aerobeds allows for great flexibility and comfortable sleeping arrangements for all. A four-night minimum is required on the weekends of the Chicago Marathon, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. All other holiday weekends require a three-night minimum stay. A one-time, $100 weekend premium is charged for stays that include a Friday or Saturday night; the weekend premium is waved for stays of 7 nights or more. CHINA DOLL I One-Bedroom Option – Two nights, $325 per night. Three or more nights, $275 per night. Rate includes up to 2 guests. Two-Bedroom Option – Two nights, $375 per night. Three or more nights, $325 per night. Rate includes up to 4 guests. Extra guests of any age are $20 per guest per night. Please note that no children under 16 and no pets are allowed in China Doll I. CHINA DOLL II One-Bedroom Option – Two nights, $295 per night. Three or more nights, $245 per night. Rate includes up to 2 guests. Two-Bedroom Option – Two nights, $345 per night. Three or more nights, $295 per night. Rate includes up to 4 guests. Extra guests of any age are $20 per guest per night. Children are welcome in China Doll II. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $10 per night per pet. CHINA DOLL III (Garden Unit) Two nights, $265 per night. Three or more nights, $225 per night. Rate includes up to 2 guests. Extra guests of any age are $20 per guest per night. All China Doll units require a two-night minimum stay. A three-night minimum is required on holiday weekends. We offer several options for guests with different budgetary and space needs. Please call for details. The above rates do not include 11.9% local hotel tax. Neighborhood parking permits are provided, and discounted off-street parking is available.
